These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Masters Games website at joyflux.cyou (the “Site”), including our educational course materials and the 5-question quiz. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2. Educational Disclaimer

Masters Games provides educational courses and a fun quiz on classic, rare, and antique board games for learning and entertainment purposes only. Course content and quiz results are informational and are not a guarantee of outcomes, mastery, collectible value, or any particular gameplay result.

Collecting and preservation involve judgment calls. Condition grading, edition identification, and storage decisions can vary by materials, prior handling, and environment. You are responsible for how you apply the information. When in doubt about conservation of valuable or fragile items, you should consult a qualified conservator.

3. Description of the Site and Content

The Site offers educational materials about classic and vintage tabletop games, including (by way of example) rules walkthroughs, history notes, collecting guidance, preservation techniques, and strategy discussions. The Site may also include interactive elements such as a short quiz designed to suggest game styles or learning tracks.

We may update, reorganise, improve, or remove parts of the Site at any time. We do not promise that any specific lesson, quiz question set, or course module will remain available indefinitely.

4. Account and Registration

Some features may require you to register by providing a name, email address, and password. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated if it changes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your credentials.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account information, contact us promptly at [email protected]. We may request information needed to verify your identity before taking action.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other users or with the integrity and security of the Site. In particular, you must not:

  • Access, scrape, crawl, or harvest content using automated means without our prior written consent.
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features, rate limits, or access controls.
